PROGRAMS
US JCI Senate Foundation – This our major outreach program although the Foundation is separate from the USJCI Senate with its own officers and treasury. Applications are available to local high schools online and through State organizations. State Senate organizations have their own selection processes to choose deserving graduating high school seniors to submit for National competition. Each year, students are selected to receive $1000 scholarships. Many states also provide scholarship money. The Foundation runs fundraisers and encourages donations from Senators by acknowledging increasing giving levels with pins and plaques.
Return the Favor (RTF) – This program encourages State Senate Organizations to assist their local Jaycee chapters and State Jaycee organizations in a variety of ways including assisting with projects, helping with extensions, hosting State Board Meetings, and training. There is an organized competition requiring submittals that must be accompanied by a letter of verification from a Jaycee State Officer or local chapter officer. At each National Board meeting an outstanding Region, State and individual Senator are recognized for their RTF efforts.
